Peel / Account
Delete your account
An account in Peel, the app by Tsumida AI, is optional. This page says how to delete one, what goes with it and what is kept.
Last updated 13 October 2026
In the app
Open Peel, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account, and confirm. The account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Write to hello@tsumida.ai from the email address the account uses and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.
What is deleted
Your name, your email address, the Google, LINE or Apple sign-in the account was made with, the usage numbers and launch reports kept with the account, your friends list, the invitations you sent and received, the stickers you put in spaces (and the record of what you peeled), and your place in every space; a space you made passes to the friend who has been in it longest, or goes when you were the last one in it. It is one Tsumida AI account, so deleting it removes it from every Tsumida AI app you used it with.
What is kept
A print request you sent is the record of an order: it stays, with the email address you gave for it and the sheet you sent, and your account and name come off it. To have it removed as well, say so in the same email. Nothing else is kept.
What was never ours
Your stickers are not uploaded to us and are not part of the account. They stay on your phone when the account is deleted, and go from it when you delete the app. If you turned on iCloud sync, the copy in your own iCloud, and on your other devices that sync, stays until you delete it there.
Deleting something without deleting the account
To have a print request, or anything else we hold, removed while keeping the account, write to hello@tsumida.ai. The privacy policy lists everything the app sends.
